My theory on the flowers? Perhaps part of his Somebody's name is 'Fleur' or of the like, and for those who do not speak French, 'Fleur' means 'Flower'. He was originally supposed to be female, sure, but that doesn't mean he's gay. Honestly, just because he doesnt show interest in Larxene...
Oh and another note... Nobodies don't have hearts... so they can't love... And I'll admit, Marluxia is probably a pervert. The only "Marluxia being gay" thing I find quite comical, is LadyChimera's "Served", but its mostly for Drunken Luxord and Xigbar the dreadful but comical lawyer.
Yaoi fangirls, no offence, but seriously, not every guy on the planet, or in anime, is gay. I have met a few girls who are completely convinced of such. Its quite bothersome to hear "omg they looked at each other, they're sooooo gay, its so cute, i want to see more fo them being together!!". I mean, I don't mind it if there's implications more than just a glance, or saying "I love you" to a friend, but not everyone means "I want you right here right now" when they say "I love you". Shocker? No. When Axel said "I love you" to Roxas in 358/2 days, Roxas was getting ready to leave. Axel didn't want his only friend to go.
and Otakus who think they can speak Japanese from watching Anime.... seriously... stop. Half of the people I've seen on Youtube can't spell the words right in romaji, so unless you know what you're saying... stop. I've taken going on 3 years of Japanese, and its starting to annoy me seeing "omg, that scene is so kawaii!!", "domo thanks for posting!", and misspellings of "arigatou", "gozaimasu","ohaiyo", "hai", and "Gomenasai", especially when "gomenasai" is applied where someone is thanking someone else, and when characters names are misspelled after seeing them in the subs for 20 episodes.
Seriously, take Japanese if you want to speak the language. I'm not saying you cant use words that are commonly used in English speaking, like "sushi", but when you use words such as those above, and abuse the usage because you think you know Japanese, and then tell someone who knows better that they are wrong... well....

i don't know who Marluxia is...i am SORT of a yaoi fangirl, but not hard core...i find it quite amusing at times....and i kinda consider myself as an otaku, but i never use Japanese words like that like...ever. maybe one time in passing or something, but since i've stopped watching anime i've stopped. lol.
this rant deeply amused me, especially the bit about the yaoi fangirls and the otakus. i'm one of those people that can laugh at myself so i take no offense to this what-so-ever. ^^

i have a few friends who SPEAK to me in the very little Japanese that they know and i'm like "....dude. WTF are you saying?! SPEAK FRIGGEN ENGLISH!! it's not cute...it's quite annoying."
on urban dictionary, i read that "kawaii" is being as overly used as "oppa" by fangirls.
btw...i REALLY admire your icon! may i ask who that is? it's small, but if i squint and try and concentrate, it kinda looks like Sungmin from Super Junior. (please correct me if i am wrong, though if you do, i will feel like an idiot....which i'm just perfectly fine with. xD)

i've actually just recently made some korean friends, who are super nice, and i want to impress them with what EXTREMELY limited korean that i know...but, like you said, it is embarrassing, and i think also quite intimidating. however, i'm determined to learn the language because my dream is to work for JM Animation in S.Korea. That company actually inspired me to pursue animation and study art and become an animator.
JM animated some of my FAVORITE shows, one being Avatar: The Last Airbender, so since then i've been like "....i know what i want to do with my life AS OF THIS MOMENT!" it was an epic experience. lmao.
and yay! i got your icon right on the first try!! i recognized Sungmin cuz of his UBER CUTE smile!! though, my top 2 favorite members are Han Geng and Siwon. i can't choose between them. at first it was only Han Geng, and then somehow Siwon wiggled his way into my heart with his DELICIOUS abs of awesomeness. xDD
my friend likes...no, LOVES dbsk too. i like them too, but she's like a DIE HARD fan. it's cute to see her spazz about them all the time...especially over her Xiah. she loves him so much. if anyone says anything bad about him, she'll kick that person's butt. xDD it's so funny.

haha my korean friend's been trying 2 teach me korean... and its annoying cos i think im pronouncing the words right.... but i can never get the 'eu' sound right (according 2 my friend)

haha my first fave was heechul (he was the only one i could recognise) then i liked kibum, donghae, hangeng.... and i kinda ended up with sungmin(he has the cutest smile
haha, id probably be a suju+dbsk die hard fan XD i love love loveeee jaejoong.. he seemed cold at first.. but that was only in the o mv x) i didnt really like xiah at first, but then his voice and cuteness and kindness started 2 grow on me XD and my friends just roll their eyes typically when i start spazzing over kpop-related things xD
but OMGOMGOMG in october im going 2 the dbsk mirotic concert...hahaha so happy.. i thought the tickets would be sold out....But i managed 2 get good seats in the end

actually the concert is in shanghai, which is so lucky cos me n my friend WERE going 2 japan, but suddenly her mum couldnt be bothered going, so we're going shanghai instead... and we're like, oh lets see if dbsk r having any concerts in shanghai... *googles * and then we see that they're having one on oct 2nd (we're leaving on the 5th) and we were like OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG *fangirl spaz *.... and just as we were panicking about how we were gonna buy the actual tickets, she found out that her mum's friend is the one organizing the concert
but at least we got the $172 one... which is pretty close 2 the stage ^-^

i actually envy people who live in california....CUZ THEY CAN SEE THE KMA (korean music awards) and see ALL THE KOREAN ARTISTS! super junior even performed one year!! i was so sad! i was like "WHAT?! if i lived in korea id be broke by now from buying all kpop merchandise concert tickets x) LOL my friend is from hong kong and she's used 2 just walking across the street and doging cars as shes walking across, unlike in australia where u have 2 actually wait 4 the light 2 turn red. so i have 2 remind her constantly not 2 walk straight across the road when she feels like it and just wait 4 the cars 2 stop first XD
